We offer 16′ X 8′ X 8′ boxes and in some select markets, 20'x8'x8' boxes. Use our chart to help decide how many Mule Box containers you need.
While we do not move or pack your belongings for you, our local markets can provide a list of customer-recommended hourly moving companies that serve your area to make your move as easy as possible. Please contact your respective location to find out more.

We will notify you by email and/or text. Our deliveries our "day of," -- this means we DO NOT guarantee a specific time of the day for your delivery, just that will arrive between 8a-7p the day you scheduled it for. However, our drivers do call/text you when they are leaving their prior location to give you a heads up that they are on their way! And remember, you do not have to be present for delivery (or final pickups) as long as nothing is blocking our pathway.
Almost anything can be placed in your Mule Box. However, there are some exceptions. Hazardous materials (toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles, etc.) and animals are strictly prohibited. In addition, we recommend that heirlooms, legal documents and currency not be placed in your Mule Box.
Because we offer monthly rental (unlike the pressure of an hourly truck rental or moving service), you can pack and unload at your own pace. Your billing cycle begins the day your Mule Box is delivered and continues through your rental anniversary date.
Unless there is a restriction in your neighborhood, you can keep it as long as you need it. We bill on a month-to-month basis, no long-term contracts required!
Yes, if your driveway can fit two vehicles side by side or end to end, it can likely accommodate two Mule Boxes. If your property/location can fit it then there is no limit on the # of boxes you can rent from The Mule!
